Return Policy
Labella Scarpa online will gladly exchange or supply a 6 month credit note for an item purchased online if you have simply change your mind or the size is incorrect. All items must be returned within 14 days of invoice date. We advise you to return your purchase using Australia Post registered post facility. Please enclose a letter stating your reason for your return and weather you would like to exchange the product or you would like a 6 month credit note. All products returned for an exchange or credit note must be in their original packaging and shoes must not be worn. No exchange or credit note will be given for earrings,  headwear or hosiery unless goods are faulty.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be given if a product has a manufacturing fault. Any faulty product must be returned to Labella Scarpa Online within 30 days of purchase and you must enclose a copy of your proof of purchase and contact details. All faulty product will be inspected before a refund is issued.  A refund will take approximately 14 days from the date the product is received back at Labella Scarpa online.
